What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received at Fleur Atelier, if there are any problems with your order, one of our Sales & Service Specialists will contact you by phone or e-mail.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please remember that our normal delivery hours are 9:00 am to 11:00 GST, and sometimes the recipient is too busy or unable to give the complete location.
An email or WhatsApp message will be sent to the sender when the flowers have been delivered to the recipient.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all Emirates in the UAE. (Ajman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al-Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al-Quwain, Al Ain). Except western region
What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
We will contact your recipient before delivery to confirm the location and convenient delivery time. If they are unavailable that day, we will reschedule to suit their availability.
Do you do SAME-DAY Delivery?
Yes! We do same-day deliver throughout UAE.
Same-day flower delivery to Dubai If you order before 6 pm, GST.
Same-day flower delivery to Ajman, Sharjah, and Um al Quwain If you order before 8 pm, GST.
Same-day flower delivery to Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain If you order before 9 am, GST.
What is the lifespan of fresh flowers?
Our flowers are sourced from the finest farms in Kenya, Holland, and Ethiopia and carry our freshness guarantee. Most of our product is an arrangement so it will stay 2-3 days or up to 7 days depend of the room temperature.

How can I be sure that the flowers arrive in good condition?
To ensure your complete satisfaction, once your order has been arranged, our customer service team will send a video/photo of your finished arrangement via WhatsApp for your approval, before delivery.

Can I add my message to the cake?
Of course! Make your cake special with a sweet message to your close ones!
How can I choose the right cake size for a certain number of people?
Approximately:
Mini cake can serve up to 3-4 people.
1/2 kg cake can serve up to 4-6 people
1 kg cake can serve up to 10-12 people.
How long does cake last for?
Typically, a cake tastes its best and freshest for up to two or three days before it starts losing moisture and the texture becomes drier.
Do you have a refund policy?
In case you choose to cancel your order for any other reason, you must do so within two hours after placing your order. Refunds will be directly debited to your account.
What happens if the item I purchased online is out of stock?
Usually, we directly notify our customers online of any items that are out of stock before purchase. In case such an incident occurs, we’ll recommend similar alternatives that can match the same amount.
